Privacy

There is no form on this site, no account, and no comment box. I do not run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts, and the site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Nothing here asks you to type in your details.

Everything the page needs (fonts, images, scripts) is served from the site itself. Your browser makes no requests to Google, Meta or any other third party to show it.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare handles the technical details that come with every web request (your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for) in order to deliver the page and keep it secure. That is covered by Cloudflare's own privacy policy. I do not receive visitor logs from it and I have not turned on any analytics.

The demo sites in the Work section are separate websites that open in a new tab. This page covers this website only.

The WhatsApp button opens a chat with my business number, +91 98754 30337. Nothing is sent until you press send.

What I receive: your phone number, the name on your WhatsApp profile, the time, and whatever you write. If you send a photo, file, voice note or location, I may see it too, but I will ask you to write it out instead where I can.

Why: only to answer you, to give you a quote, and to follow up on what you asked. I do not use it for marketing lists, I do not sell it, and I do not share it with anyone for their own purposes.

Who handles it: WhatsApp is run by Meta, and your message passes through WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, which I do not control. Some replies may come from an automated assistant that I run on my business number, and some may be drafted with the help of an AI service. The assistant only replies to people who message first. It stores the phone number, the profile name, the messages and any details you give it (such as the kind of business and what you need), and it keeps them on Cloudflare's servers, which is where it runs. It deletes them 90 days after your last message. If it passes a conversation to me, I may copy the details into a private tracking tool on my own computer.

You can stop the automated replies at any time by writing STOP, and you can ask for a person instead.

The email button opens your mail app, addressed to dev@madewithdev.com. Nothing is sent until you send it.

What I receive: your email address, the name on it, the time, and what you write or attach. It sits in my Gmail inbox for the business, which Google runs under its own privacy policy. I use it only to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked, and I do not add you to any mailing list.

If we do not end up working together, I delete your enquiry, in WhatsApp, in my inbox and in my notes, within 12 months of the last message. The automated assistant's own records are deleted 90 days after your last message, as above.

If we do work together, I keep the messages that matter to the project for as long as it runs and for a reasonable time afterwards, so I can support the site. I keep invoices and payment records for as long as the law requires me to.

Write DELETE MY DATA to my WhatsApp number or email me, from the number or address you used. I will delete what I hold about you, in every place described above, and confirm by reply, within 7 days. You can also ask me what I hold about you, or ask me to correct it.

What I cannot delete is a copy that someone else holds, such as your own WhatsApp chat history, or Meta's and Google's own records. For those, use their settings. I also keep an invoice if you became a client, as noted above.

If what I do changes, I will change this page first. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If I ever add a form, analytics or any third-party tool to this site, this page will say so before it goes live.
